Can I return a product?

If you need to return a product purchased from Eternity for any reason, please reach out to us and we will ensure a prompt resolution is reached.

Where is my order?

Once your products are in our hands, they are checked and then promptly delivered by Eternity’s in-house logistics team. We are also happy to get in contact with suppliers to check for updates on your order and to ensure everything is on track.

If you would like to check on your order, please contact the sales representative who helped you with your purchase.

Why has the price changed from last time I ordered?

The prices we are able to offer depend on the current rates provided by suppliers, and are sometimes out of our control. We are sure to offer the best possible prices to our customers at all times, however.

Can I preload software on to a device before it's delivered?

If you would like your hardware to be delivered with specific software already preloaded on it, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it as part of the order.
